Who said, “Pessimism involves in all Indian physical and spiritual life”?

Explanation

The remark that pessimism pervades all Indian physical and spiritual life is attributed to Lord Ronaldshay, a Western critic of Indian philosophy whose charge of pessimism Indian thinkers such as Radhakrishnan answered.
